Hi,

Well you can ask Shelby a lot about me....

Right know, I can not stop laughing!

When Shelby and I get on a roll, we can't stop!

I'll make it simple for ya:

I quit alcohol 3-1/2 years ago
I quit Phenobarbital over 6 months ago
I quit Ambien, 12 days ago
I am down from 9 to 3 Hydro's a day
I am starting my taper on Valium
I live in So. CA, and am 38
I am on Fire for God (Jesus Christ)

and I..........love to come here, and laugh, love and support all my friends and 
anyone who needs it.

Kind of a quick breif summary, as I'm laughing and typing!

So how are you tonignt?

Yesterday, being awake for 28 hours, in my sleep deprived state....

Marca told me:

"Todd, I command you to sleep!  you cute little bug (-:

So, I commanded her, to be in a chippee and happy mood tomorrow!

After I prayed for her, she already replied back, and said "my command and prayer worked already"

So, don't blame me....it is a useful tool....

I command both of you to laugh!  (just don't uuhhmm, displace any water!) LOL

I was just kidding about the whole bossy thing but you could not be more right - I think as addicts it is ok to let go of ourselves - we have tried to control so much for so long.  Just want to let go now.  Very useful tool.  Absolutely.

I like your command to mj - that is what she needs!  We will get her through this part of it.  And make her laugh as much as possible.

Oh did I tell you Todd - Day 20 for me!!

20 days clean on the Hydro's!  The Xanax was not a problem but I have not taken one of those since the first three days of coming off the hydro's.  Does that make sense?  lol  My brain is fried!  I am tellin' ya! lol

Yep so I am pretty happy.  You know the withdrawal's are bad but once you come through them - so much clears up.  I am not saying I feel perfect, not by any means but I feel better in so many ways!

yeah...

But starting to go brain dead....I was up for 28 hours yesterday!

I live in Brea (Orange County), what part of So. Cal do you live in?

I had quit for three months prior but before that I was up to 15 a day, sometimes more and lots of Soma.

Then i took just one and started the cycle all over again and within a month was back up to 4.  10mg's by the way.

and yes the withdrawals were still bad - keep tapering Todd you are doing great!

That does not add up...you must mean 100mg....

Your doing SO GOOD, for being on day 20 with a c/t!!!!!


Wew....I tried it from 9 a day 7.5/500 c/t and that only lasted 37 hours!

So...I had to taper!

Shelby.........You WON...the rest of the w/d's well deminish soon. I know you still have your ups and downs,

but you have been having a lot of up's for c/t of that amout!

The xanax helped a lot!  And plus being off of them for three months prior helped too.  I can't believe I screwed that one up - yes I can - I was not nearly as commited.

I am going to bed Todd - thank you for being here with me tonight - you made my night as always!
