Hi!  Yes, you will have to up your dose to get the desired effect.  Before long, you will be taking a handful!  I hope you decide to stop them!

I am on tramadol for fibromyalgia and have had to double my dose to get any benefit. My question is, will I soon become immune to the effectiveness of tramadol for my pain??

YOu should start feeling better in a day or two... tramodol WD is a little different from other pain meds since it stimulates seretonin... you may have more headaches and stuff linger after the initail WD is over.  If you are not taking a anti depressant a supplement from GNC like 5HTP will help with that. It helps support serotonin production in the brain that way the WD doesn't deplete yours and cause lingering depression and fatigue.. a B vitamin complex also helps...

I don't have experience with that but I'm sure somebody will come along.  I always thought tramadol was too weak for me...
