Worried about Dr. appt.
I have a dr. appointment at 4:00 today and my anxiety is on the rise. I'm not afraid my dr. will make a taper....I'm afraid she won't let me take the last 12mcg patch off and try to make it w/o any. She said she would give me something to take for two weeks when I was ready. It's not sub, but I'm not sure what it is. Gonna ask if I can just take a couple more xanax a day for two weeks. I have taken 1mg xanax for many years. I'm afraid of new pills. I look up everything on the computer when I have a new pill to take (even antibiotics) then I take the pill and have every bad reaction I have read about. lol After the first pill I'm ok and never think about it again.
