Sorry I missed you shelby, I had a complete meltdown anxiety wise and went to bed early. I'm feeling so terrible, I also found out something else that is concerning me. Last week my useless family doctor listened to me when I told him I was crying all the time and said ' Oh, your antidepressants can't be working anymore (Effexor xr), so he switched me from that day to Cymbalta ( no tapering or anything). I didn't know this was bad until I talked to my sister yesterday who is also on Effexor. All week I have been crying, zapping noises in my head, terrible nightmares, dizzy etc. So this could explain why I have been feeling so bad too ( I just assumed it was w/d from the codeine (day 5 today !!!). Anyway, I have started back on the Effexor this morning as i really know that my depression wasn't under control because of all the codeine I was taking daily. Anyway, thanks for caring, (yes i can have a big mouth too sometimes, but i get a little shy amongst strangers LOL ! . Speak to you later and hope you are doing well. Love K xx

Hi sweetie,

Boy thats all you need is problems with your anti-depressants!  What was your Doctor thinking??  At least you are back on them now.  I c/t'd prozac and I was so depressed after a couple months - worst depression I have ever had.  So, I started taking them again.  I am going to try to get off of those someday...not going to yet though.  My body just can't handle anything else at the moment.

5 days - you hang in there.  I am so happy that you have come this far!  It gets so much better - you are going to make it through this!
