Do your research. After about 3 maybe 4 suboxone a day your wasting your money. It doesn’t do anything more for you, even if used recreationally or prescribed.

I looked up info on Meditox.com and lot sof other I put in my zipcode on Suboxone.com No docters pulled up (36037) .

He says he wants to stop. I Know he does. He is very depressed. We have 2 small boys and they look up to him as evey child does there parents. He quit using all the other drugs he used before we had children (crack,cocain, crystal,ect. ) but in my opinion this is worse. Its like he has to have it to get up and go to work. Its really getting to me . Im about ready to throw in the towel if he doesnt quit.

Will something bad happen to him if he quits with no meds. I herd it is dangerus. I dont think he can anyway. He has got to do something this has been going on with the pills for 3 years. I cant keep living like this. Cant pay bills on time and buy groc. gas. daycare. ect. becuz of this sh...

I know what he's going through...  I could not stop to save my life and suboxone allowed me to stop everything but it... haven't done that yet but there are people on this site and the one I just gave you that has.

What is the difference between Subutex

Be careful with the sub. It should definately be done under a Drs supervision. Also, your hubby is the one that will have to make this decision to quit....you can only encourage and talk to him about this, but if the drugs have a hold of him, he is the only one that can recoginize and make that final decision. You need to take care of yourself first. Have you considered going to an Al-anon orNaranon meeting to get support for yourself?  They are there for the loved ones of addicts. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info. Now if we could just come up with some extra money to go to the doc. but i guess if he can pay for the pills off the street. then ha can pay for the doc.

Call around and see if you can get some financial help with this... call the doctors offices and talk to the office manager and maybe he/she can help with that...

I hope things turn out well with your hubby. No one can make a person stop drugs. The will to stop them has to come from within the addict themselves or it won't work.

Sub is only to be used for w/d and then STOPPED!!!!
