I have found a group here for pill addicts... Its 3 times a week.. I am in the process of changing the hours I work so I can go.. Will take a couple weeks til I can go to all 3 but I hope to attend one this week and then once I get my clients that are already scheduled based on my old schedule shifted around a little should be easy to go to all 3..

I also attempted to find a therapist of some sort but where I live there are not many that don't just handHand or foot spasms
Hand tremor out pills... talk therapy isn't the norm around here I was told.. There are only 3 docs and they don't take insurance only cash and it was quite expensive.. so I am gonna keep looking..

Hopefully the chiro will get me backBack pain - low
