Clonidine for withdrawl
Can anyone give me some information on using clonidine for withdrawl? Like how much to take and how often and what dose.
My doctor had me at .2mgs (that's point 2) twice a day. It works very well. there are also 7 day patches that work great! If you can, ask your doctor for some ativan which will help with the RLS and sleeplessness.

I was told .006mg per KG of body weight. I weigh about 260 which is 128 KG. 128KG*.006= approx .7-.8 mg taken in divided doses 3 times a day (I'm a big guy). I didn't take that much usually. I took one .1 tab and adjusted my dosage by my bp.
