I would day if it means taking an extra or more to control the pain then to not do it... take Motrin or other OTC meds to help... Do not up your dose for any reason..
Not to crash your post or be rude...but posts like these would probably be best on the new addiction community forum since they're more like chit-chat to specific people instead of general questions that could benefit everyone.
