Hi there! I saw your post and wanted to respond but couldn't log on. I had to change my name a bit to get back on here. Thank you for your kind words and I'm so sorry I couldn't respond. I will have 30 days drug free next week, oh wait, this Sunday.
It sounds like you are doing great with your taper. You have made huge progress already!! Your plan sounds like a good one, you are going down half a pill for a few days and then half more, right? How many days do you plan to wait between decreasing? I have heard that 3 days is good.
I am so glad you are doing this and are getting clean. Any plans for support after you are drug free?
