less than 2 glasses of wine and less than 2 vicodin 5/500 (typical) should be ok. If you can, obtain norco 10/325 instead. break the pill in half. you are left with the same amount of hydro and 1/4 the amount of apap.
I can't take alcohol with hydro at all, due to it slowing my heart rate down. It get very scared, and don't like its sedating effects. everyone is different

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN MIXING PAIN KILLERS AND ALCOHOL. Im sure you know this but I had one close call and called it good after that.

Stop doing this NOW.   The "Amazing Feeling" will soon turn to nausea, swelling, and intense pain as your liver fails.    The liver has to choose which to metabolize first, the Alcohol or the APAP.   It chooses the alcohol first due to enzyme related reasons and leaves the toxic byproducts of the APAP there to kill your liver cells.   You are slowing killing yourself and by the time you notice the symptoms, major damage will have been done.  You only have one liver and dying from liver failure is a horrific way to go.   Not worth it is it?

It does not sound healthy to me. I would get a Dr checkup soon.
Also post this in a new post as this one is old.

It may make you feel amazing but if you keep it up it will make your liver hurt  amazingly bad from liver cancer.

A childhood friend of mine died a few months back because he was mixing pills and alcohol... NOT a good idea. Please get some help.

Never ever drink on pain meds. I go to the methadone clinic and you are not allowed to drink.  Drinking alcohol while taking narcotics intensifies the narcotic. You can actually overdose on just a small amount of pain med.  This is dangerous and I suggest for you not to do this.  I know it feels good, but it wont feel good when your body overdoses on vicodin cause the alochol raised the levels of it.  Please stop !!
