cocaine and coming down

coming down on coke hard what is a good way to come down and able to sleep?

if anyone is up right now ihave oxy here which i perfer not to take. i took it once before by itself and it hit me hard or i have seroquel in 50 or 100 mg to help sleep. im one of those people who has terrible come downs. i only do this drug once a year if that and tonight was my night.

also earlier today around noon i took vicodin for pain but that was almost 24 hours ago
