I'll never forget my very first fix of being sedated. I was about 13 years old and was looking for some aspirin to stop a headache. Instead I found a bottle of Excedrin PM...it was about 8:30pm so I thought eh...whats the harm. the worst thing that could happen is i'll fall asleep. So I took 2 and in about 40 minutes I began to feel so light. My face felt like it had a layer of rubber over it and my lips and eyes were so pleasantly droopy. I was very giggly and found food to be extremely tasty, more than usual. I remember distinctly eating a bowl of cereal and sort of stopping, enjoying the buzz.
For about a year I could take these and fall asleep...then I started taking more...up to 6 to actually get "high" or sedated really. But the funny thing was, after so much use I could no longer sleep on them. They made me feel tired, yet no sleep at all. In fact it would even prevent me from sleeping, rather me not taking them at all.
I grew out of that extremely weird cheap high and on to normal sleep patterns for a good nights rest. Nothing else has ever worked for me. Except benzos but I've taken like 10 in my whole life, so their effect is quite strong. Too sedating for me recreationally...
(but as for your advice, the tea did no harm)
