inflammation in my thigh

i have an inflammation in the thigh over the knee. it is in the form of 3 nested circles. The inner one is about 1 cm diameter and full of puss. The next one (surrounding the puss) is extreemly red. The outer one which is about 10 cm diameter is light red. i feel pain when i am walking and rarely when i am resting.
i had a problem with some person about 4 days ago which resulted in stress and next day this inflammation appeared. Today only i noticed the existence of puss.
Thank u for telling me what to do.

This sounds like it could be a spider bite. If it gets worse,go to the Dr. Otherwise, just put antibiotic ointment on it, and try not to pick, poke or squeeze it.

Since it has been 4 days without improvement, and you have puss, I suggest you go to the doctor now. Puss indicates that something is going on that may require medication to "get over". Don't dely.

I looked up the symptoms on several sites and they all say check out lyme disease. The description of your "inflammation" matches that of a tick bite with lyme. See the MD for a check ASAP.
