burning condition on skin

idk if its hives or what but when i get excited, nervous or hot i get a burning/prickly sensation thru out my whole body, mostly back and chest. my skin usually turns red, sometimes red dots.last for min or 2 then it disappears. im 19 male and never had this problem or anything like it before.

I get this when ever I am mad, Nervous, and excited. I am not sure what it is! I have heared of the correct name before but cant remeber. I am also very young, my cousin grew out of his!! maybe you will also. Its not anything (from what you said) that will harm you. The only good advantage i have recieved out of it is when i am mad everyone knows not to mess with me!!! LOL
