bite on face reddness spreading hot to touch

my daughter this weekend when with her father and came home with 42 mosquito bites that was with off spray on there is one bited on her face cheek area and this morning she woke up and it is all swellen very red hard and hot to the touch..... I have been putting beoadrel creamm on her since she came home on saturday...... she is not eating much but is playing great the only thing is she is digging at it and the reddness is starting to spread up to her ear and head what should I do and what am I doing wrong

sounds to me ike the bite could be infected, I'd get her to the doctor right away.

id go find out from the doc to see if she was bitten by a tick.  Best to go when the redness is there
