Allergies or Chronic Fatigue

I have gone in for a cbc and all checked out and now further blood tests were taken. Here is my problem, I am constantly tired and nap all the time. I have had various symptoms including rashes- roscea on my face and fungal rashes on my back and thigh. My bones and joints were aching at night but are better since starting the anti-depressant Effexor. Right now I have an earache on and off , watering itchy eyes and sinuses are all stuffed up. I am foggy headed and seem to have no energy and am constantly tired. I am now wondering if all these symptoms could realate to allergies and I have been looking at the wrong thing. Your opinions?
