Am I having an allergic reation?

I have been stung by a bee.  I have been sweating and my hands are shaking.  Am I having an allergic reaction?

For the past three weeks when I go to work I've been coming home with a sore throat.  Yes, I do use cleaning supplies, and I did start using Ammonia, so I was wondering if my throat issues could be because of an allergic reaction?  The first week it started on the left side of my throat.  It was very hard to swallow and there were puss pockets.  On my days off it went away.  Second week it happened to the right side of my throat.  Third week it's now in the back of my throat on my tongue.  
Any suggestions?

chemicals are not good.  my father has CLL which is chronic lymphnotic lyukemia.  It is belived that he got this because he would always clean the shower with tilex with bleach in a place with poor ventalation.  That is just something to remember when you are cleaning.
