Will laser make it possible to work again can not walk now.Examination type:PHMR L/SDPINE W W/O CONTRAST
Cinical Information CHRONIC LBP
Impression 1.Lumbar degenerative changes as described.
2.L5/S1 small central disc protrusion slightly right of midline with annular tear.
3.L5/S1 severe bilateral foraminal narrowing with impingement upon the exiting bilateral L5 nerve roots left greater than right
4.L4/5 moderate central canal stenosis and moderate bilateral foraminal narrowing with impingement upon the bilateral exitingL$ nerve roots left greater than right.
5.At L4/5,high T2 signal is seen surrounding both facet joints with fluid within the left facet joint which may represent degenerative or inflammatory process.
6.L4/5 high T2 signal involving both pedicles which may related to poor fot suppression or edema.
7.L4/5 mild enhancement of the end plates which may related to recent inflammatory or degenerative disease.
