Sensitive Skin

Whenever I get the smallest scratch, healing time takes super long, and It usually gets infected and turns into a much bigger deal than it should, regardless of the ointments i do/dont put on them while they are healing.
now i have this burn on my wrist and it's turned into a wound with small red lumps surrounding it. and it itches like crazy.
i also noticed that my neck is really itchy and has small bumps all the sudden. it's like my skin is getting more sensitive as i get older. im 26 and it only started doing this a year ago.
please help! what am i (not) eating/shmearing/doing to make this happen??

My name is Kaela. My boyfriend of 3 years has an 8 year old girl with severe excema. I never knew what it was until I saw her poor skin. It would crack and bleed all the time when we used to cover her in eucerin. I used to wait until she'd been sleeping a bit and then lather more on her. Nothing ever changed. Then I was introduced to a company that only produces botanically based products. My boyfriend and his ex-wife were more than willing to try it out so we began with these few products.
