Ear Drainage

by dwh1425, Sep 21, 2006 12:00AM
I'm very concerned...I was hospitalized after having tubes put in my ear for drainage and pain...It's been a month now and my ears are beginning to drain AGAIN...I'm afraid of infection...Is this drainage caused by allergies or sinus issues? I have dryness in the nose, but no headaches, runny nose or pressure.  How do I correct this problem before it turns into a major medical issue again...Please help me if you can....Is there something over the counter I can purchase or do?  I was on Levaquin for a while and that seemd to clear things up, but I know I can't take that for the rest of my life......I'm not looking forward to the pain and pressure again....anything would be GREATLY appreciated.

Deeply Concerned,

Derek Henry
