Cold and Severe Back Pain

Not sure exactly what a cold would go under? But I've had a cold for about a week now. Started off like it was allergies. Monday I was miserable and very weak, Tuesday I was ok starting to cough, Wednesday I woke up so dizzy I fell down and was dizzy for several hours, Thursday started coughing really bad and hard, Friday was the same as thursday,Saturday the same, Sunday today I've been miserable all day was up off and on through the night and my chest and back have felt like they have been cramping all day. It hurts to breathe, move, and everything.Also started getting a little dizzy again and very tired. Could I be coming down with pneumonia or broncitis or something? Dont have any insurance or I'd go to the doctor. Can you help me with what I may be getting and tell me what I can pick UP at the store that might help with this? Thank you.

go to the grocery store and pick you up a whole chicken, some canned chicken broth and noodles. take the chicken and chicken broth and boil till chicken is done. pick the chicken off the bones and put back in pan with chicken broth and add noodles, then cook until noodles are done. this is what i give my kids when they get sick like you are and it helps them more then any medicine you can get from the store. hope this helps.
