I have a friend that has a 2 month old baby she said when he was born he had a crackleing in his chest the doctor said it was congestion but he still has th same sound but when he's here at my house it's not bad but when she takes him home it's bad again

have your friend take her baby to the doctor again, or go to another doctor for a second opinion if you are concerned... good luck
