is so sorry & would just like to say in advance and again...
I'm allergic to many things, dust, dust mites, cats, rabbits, dogs, everything indoors, many things outdoors -- I take a 24 hr allergy pill daily and don't mind it. My sister, on the otherhand, has double the allergies I have, and has just begun the shots.
Regarding your symptoms - I'm not sure the cramping & going to the bathroom has to do with your allergies, maybe? You may want to talk to a psychiatrist about that - especially the panic attacks. Maybe after you get your allergies under control - you'll feel better.
Also you will need to allergen-proof your home - remember to get covers on your bed & pillows - also, no carpets if you can - and have allergen free bedding (comforter, pillow). You may want to look into one of those allergen reducing air purifiers too -- that may help you at home.
Hopefully you'll start feeling better!!
I'm not sure if they are available in the U.S. yet, but you may want to go to google.com and check out "sublingual drops". They use these in Europe instead of allergy shots and they are the same thing.. only safer. If you can't buy them in the U.S. yet, then consider trying homeopathic remedies. They have remedies that treat pollens, foods, etc. and they are very cheap. Considering how severe your allergies are, I would consult with a Naturopath physician first (or your regular physician... just to make sure they are okay for you). I used homeopathic drops for cat dander and then tested negative for cats years later. I never had the allergy shots for cat dander either !

Help?
Otherwise she is only allergic to cat dandur and chocolate.
I just turned nineteen and I've been having trouble with anaphylaxis since I was twelve. At first I was just allergic chocolate and wool.
Then, two years ago stigmata appeared on my feet. It took us a year to figure out that I had developed a latex allergy. You see, I figure skate, and the tongues of my skates are covered with latex. My feet had turned red from being exposed to the latex several times a day.
Overall, my allergic reaction have increased in frequency over the last two or so years. They are normally not that serious, generally just rashes and inflamation. However, they happen several times a day, almost always after I eat regardless of whether I rotate my diet or not.
I never thought much of it until I was trying on bathing suits before I went on vacation a few weeks ago and saw how scratched up my back was. I'm going to arrange an appointment with a physician as soon as go back to college next month.
