Shrimp Allergy...second question

So, after my reaction to shrimp on Friday, for the last 6 days I've had a sore throat...when I look its red. My throat isn't swollen, but it feels tight. My tongue isn't swollen...I can breathe fine.

What is wrong with my throat??? What could it possibly be?
