Curing a Rash Caused by Splenda

I have a rash that I am now convinced was caused by my excessive consumption of Splenda (sucralose). I discontinued use about three weeks ago, and while the itchiness has diminished, it is still there. Are there any tips for getting rid of it? How long should it take to get out of my system?
