When my allergies are bad, my skin itches everywhere. I believe this happens as a result of your body pushing out the toxins.
Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
This could be an allergic reaction to some unknown substance or dermatitis or eczema or some bacterial skin infection. Since when have you noticed these symptoms?
Have you noticed any yellowish discoloration o your eyes or urine, fever or any other symptoms?
You need to wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites.
Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine.
It would be advisable to consult a skin specialist for your symptoms and a proper clinical examination.
