You should see a dr. It could be from environmental allergies, esp. if it is only when you are exposed to them. Could be food allegies as well. Have it checked out. You can get otc claritin and try.

If you don't want the expense of Claritin just to test if it's an allergy. Try benedryl and see if the itching stops.  If it does - then it is an allergy ((allergic reaction)) benedryl can make you drowsy but, it won't raise your blood pressure if that's a concern and if the benedryl works - I would see a doctor for some possible allergy testing.  I've used almost every product out there - Benedryl and Astelin (nasal spray) is what works for me...

If it is dust or allergens than your best bet on taking care of the problem is removing these from your current environment. The best way to do this is through a Polarized Media Filter, which works to actually attract the particles to the fibers and thus doesn't just sit passively.

I used to have a problem with my air until a colleague of mine told me about these filters. I did the research on how they worked and found out it was actually a decent system and I thought it might work quite well. After purchasing I was quite pleased with the results as I no longer had this problem with my air. This should help you out as well, that is if your problem is truly with the air that you breathe.

The best place I've found for price is at www.airlifeone.com. I'd suggest looking for the Electrobreeze brand as it's cheaper and essentially the same as the other product. Another good thing about this site is, when I had questions about the product I talked with these people and they were very easy to work with.

Well, I hope that this helps you out.
