Cipro and Cravit

I have a urinary tract infection (uti). I am living in Japan and was prescribed the antibiotic Cravit. I am allergic to Cipro. I believe Cipro and Cravit might belong to the same class of antibiotics.
Is it safe for me to take Cravit and not worry about any allergic reaction?
