mouth ulcers and rashes

i dont know if i am allergic, this kind of mouth ulcers happen to me every now and then my doctor diagnosed this as a mucus infection but this time i dont have mucus and still this ulcers. these happen to be on all over the tounge and cheeks and the inner parts of the lips. these are paining a lot. i am regular smoker.
