It's possible that your body has an overload of foreign objects, such a the kind that you ingest through your lungs. Every home on average has air that is up to 100 times worse than the worst outdoor air condition. What we breathe in most of the time is damaging to our system, and it varies from person to person on how our body reacts to this air condition. I reacted mildly, but I still noticed a change when I took care of my air in my home.

What I would suggest is a whole house Polarized Media Filter. It works as a magnate for particles as it creates a static field around the filter so that the particles are attracted to the filter's fibers. The system makes sense with all that I've read about it. So I hope that it would help you out too.

The best place for price and more info on this is at www.airlifeone.com. I'd look for the Electrobreeze brand though if you're serious about getting one. They're no different than the other one, except that this one's cheaper. If you have any questions about the product I know that the people who run it are easy to talk to, any time I had questions I didn't have a problem with them.

I hope that this helps.
