Extreme anxiety (Please help)

Hello, I am a 20 year old male that is temporarily living at my mom's place till I find another job. My anxiety hasn't been terribly bad until now, because something happened last night... Last night a couple of my friends showed up with some drugs and offered me some... I told them that I didn't anything but they kept on begging me to, they eventually started getting angry since I wasn't having any, after a while they started to really antagonize me. I finally told them to shutup and had some (regretfully). I got really sick and stayed in the bathroom for an hour throwing up, my friends had left by the time I got out of there. When I finally got out of the bathroom I went straight to bed because I wasn't feeling good. Anyways... I guess my friends left some drugs sitting on the table because supposedly when my mom got home last night she phoned my friend and told him that she maybe had to take me to the hospital. I'm embarrassed that my mom would actually phone my friend and tell him that(She didn't even tell me that she phoned him, she just pretended that nothing happened last night, if I was to ask her about it she'd probably lie and say that she never phoned him)... I'm paranoid because I think that lot's of people are after me now because they think that I ratted them out, what am I supposed to do now? Please help.

I agree. Real friends do not pressure you to do drugs.
the names of the drugs they forced you (sorta) into ingesting.
