Going the right way....

by DrDoright, Mar 09, 2007 12:00AM
I have been taking lexapro for about three months for my anxiety and it has helped a little but my sleep has been almost non existant and I have had so many prescriptions from my doctor I am fed up of going to Longs. A few weeks ago my therapist recommended I maybe try some all natural remedies to help not only with my lack of sleep but with my anxiety attacks too, which I was still getting several times a week. So I got some Roseox , Schizandra plus and relax now, (www.myhealthabcmall.com), since using these I have had only a couple of of small anxiety attacks and my sleep is nearly back to normal. Has anyone else used these products and if so what results did you get? Is it just coincidence that my condition has improved, I would like to hear from anyone who has used these. My doctor has told me if it works then stay with it, I think sometimes that he lexapro makes me feel so sick that it can make me anxious anyway. Any advice would be appreciated.
