Take a home pregnancy test - that will tell you one way or the other.

It is an irrational fear....very common among those who suffer from anxiety. You were very cautious so you should not be stressing so much over this. Remember this is how "we" are.....brain tumors, aids, pregnant, MS, heart attacks.....you know the routine. So try to tell yourself that your irrational fear is all due to your anxiety.
