cardio stress test

ok as I explained in a previous post I have to have a Cardio Stress Test on Friday.  I panic when I get dizzy and when I get off a treadmill I get the floating dizzy spells so there for dont want to do it..Even if i go my panic and anxiety will have set in even before i get through the door and my bp will be through the roof any ideas....

Just let the doctors know about your anxiety/panic disorder, and they'll control for it in the test somehow.  Don't worry about performing the test itself because you'll be in a very safe environment.

GO!! GOO!! trust me just go. and i get nervous going to doctors, denists also. but let me tell you, if you let them know your nervous, it will take all the weight off of you & make you feel ALOT better. tell them, im nervous and i might panic. they'll be aware. it helps. trust me : ) good luck 2 you.
