I am also scared to sleep. if so some how staying awake will keep me alive. I am scared to take a relaxant or sleep aid because my pulse is already so low. I truly sleep three to four hours a night. You would think I would use that time wisely, like studying for the boards I just failed, but no I just watch tv. This ever happen to anyone?

Ive had that before. but you got to sleep or you'll get sick. just try & calm down, dont think about dying. dont worry. sleeping is good for you, your body needs it. good luck & best wishes.

You sound like you are in a depression along with your anxiety..talk to your doctor about these symptoms....maybe there is a medication or a different therapy that can help.
