Have to wake up early or else...

by cd535, Apr 10, 2007 12:00AM
I'm not sure where to post this issue. I have been having this particular problem for about a year and it is steadily getting worse. The problem started of that when I slept in past about 7 a.m. in the mornings that I would suffer all day long with a sort of pressure on the bridge of my nose accompanied by a feeling of a lump in my throat and a loss of a good deal of my self-esteem and sense of security. I don't think its psychological because I've never had an issue about sleeping in before. Now the problem got worse because now if I don't arise before say about 4 a.m. then the same issues come.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with a thyroid or thymus issue. I do experience an abnormal amount of social pressure and stress than most anybody out there everyday. Someone mentioned to me that it could be a Pineal Gland issue because that gland is responsible for causing a person to naturally wake-up in the morning when it gets light in the room, and also because it is a sort of hormone master-control-gland for a variety of things. He said that it could be a fungal infection on the Pineal???
I would love to know what kind of a doctor to see for these symptoms.

That would be an endocrinologist you would want to see. It does seem like a good place to start. :)
