I have anxiety, and Im prescribed clonazepam, but Im worried about taking it again, the last time i took it, it caused me to be get very agitated very easily,I was also taking this prn and the most I was taking at one time was half of a .5 pill twice daily if I needed it,
Also is it better to just have a glass of wine or a couple beers instead of taking this stuff..

I would not turn to alcohol i would tell your doctor how you dont like this med and ask him if there is something else

Try other meds....NO ALCOHOL!!!

That's a very rare side-effect for Clonazepam, and as RCA will tell you, Klonopin isn't really ideal for PRN dosing. You could try taking it and see if that side-effect goes away, or perhaps try another med in the same family that's more suited to PRN.
