Is it normal to feel moody constantly?

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I have a pain in my hands like if I got into a fight or something. I also wake up Very moody. When my husband ask me to help him with something I get frustrated for no reason. Then I end up with a head ache, and wanting to go to sleep. I feel tire all the time. What can I do to make myself feel better? Is it a lack of a vitamin?
