2.) I'm thinking of going to some kind of therapy, but can anyone tell me how to go about doing this? and I'm not sure how long I'll have insurance, so how does this all work?
Yep, see my comments to the twitchy doc below. Therapy - I have 20 sessions per year paid at 60% with my insurance. I pay to go extra though, nothing is worth it like your sanity! I agree with the Tweak thing, I liken myself to a squirrel, they are so hyper!

All insurance is different...some have just co-pays, some have percentage. There is usually a phone number you have to call regarding mentalMental retardation Mental status tests health..mine is called Value Behavioral Health (something like that) they approve a certain number of sessions and then your pyschiatrist has a "peer review" with them on the phone to decide if you need more sessions or not. Well, that is the way mine works...I am sure there is a number in your insurance plan book with a phone number to call. I know that many plans today are finally considering mentalMental retardation Mental status tests health a real concern and are covering more bills for this....best to you.
