now i knwo the sysptoms of ged and i was wondering like sometimes i feel discomber in places when i think bout them alot like thinking something may be wrong but when i dont think bout them i feel fine until i do now is this anxietyGeneralized anxiety disorder Separation anxiety Stress and anxiety or somehitng else liek dose anyone else notice this
i think its anxietyGeneralized anxiety disorder Separation anxiety Stress and anxiety because i have it and if im somewhere and if im far from home im freaking out horribley if im thinking about it and if my mind is occupied im perfectally fine and dont have any probloms. mine i usually feel like i cant breathe when im having an axiety problom. i hope i helped u out some. best of luck to ya.

is so sorry & would just like to say in advance and again...
It is important to remember that, when having an anxiety attack, that urges and symptoms like these are all in your mind. They're not really happening. I find it calming to remind myself that this is all in my mind. I'm not going to get into an accident, everything is fine.
People experience anxiety is different ways. In my lifetime, I've had about 100 or so anxiety attacks, and I have only had to go to the ER twice. All other times, I have either solved the problem on my own (like when I am in the car) by acknowledging that it is only an anxiety attack, or by taking anxiety medication like Ativan, Kolonopin, or Xanax.
