Something that may help in your recovery

by debaser23, May 13, 2007 12:00AM
I hesitate to do this because I don't think it's "proper" here, but I've written an article in my blog today that may help some people.  I would cut and paste it, but it's longer than 5000 characters.

It has to do with my theory about what may contribute to some anxiety and panic attacks.  Basically, I think the right mind sort of goes out of control and forces us to lose perspective.  Here's the link:

Here or there, let me know what you think.

Thank you for sharing your blog!  I truly like your theory and realize it is all in the training of our minds...we need to "reprogram" ourselves..and as you know..it is very difficult to do!  I really need to find "something" that encompasses all of me, as your hobbies do for you...i am going to start searching!!!!

Thanks.  Think of the hobbies more like passions or ways of life and you'll do even better with them.  Hobbies are leisure activities...luxuries.  Passions are something you are compelled to do; things you MUST do.  Not like OCD or anything, though.  You probably know what I'm talking about.

Everybody who wants to check out the link should do it, because they already told me I couldn't post a blog so it's going to get deleted soon, probably.

I went to your blog and read your story.  I think you are an intelligent guy and enjoyed chatting with you when you replied to one of my posts from about a month ago.  I was not doing so well back then, a little better now.   I want to read more and say more but my baby is tugging at me.  Just wanna let you know that I wanna keep track of your story.  Hope you are doing better.
