I happen to be online but I really don't know how to help you. Is there anyone livingAdvanced care directives with you who can help. If it gets really bad why not go to ER?
You don't have what type of insurance? Auto or health?
If you don't have health insurance, I'd recommend that you start looking NOW, before you see any doctors. A Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO underwritten majorMajor tears Major-con medical plan can be had for between $95 - $110 premium/month for someone of your age group and in good health. By good health, I mean no pre-exsisting conditions. Health insurance is an absolute must have, and you can easily get it at an affordable monthly premium.
The plan mentioned above typically covers 90% of in network physicians and 70% for out of network providers. The typical deductible is $250/year ($100 for prescription), with prescription coverage $10 generic/$20 name brand, not to mention hospital coverage.
The main problem with an individual health insurance plan is that it is medically underwritten (which means it is not guaranteed, but subject to approval based on your state of health). Once accepted, it is "guaranteed renewable", regardless of any conditions you may develop after the plan is in effect. This is WHY you need to seriously consider purchasing health insurance for yourself NOW.

Me being dumb, I dont quite know anything about doctors and hospitals, so what again, is an ER?
I also notice that when I shake my head kind of fast...my eyes start to get ache...
and when I turn my head around to look at something, it kind of aches..
