The doctor will be able to order the appropriate tests for you (CBC, EKGAtrioventricular block, ekg tracing Ecg Exercise stress test if necessary, etc.) and give you a workup. Even if you were to go to the doctor and and only say you have been "feeling bad" the doctor will guide you and ask a lot of "yes" or "no" questions that will give them an idea of what specific tests are needed.
Well, I dont think anything is really wrong with you, but you should tell your doc how you are feeling. It is hard to explain these feelings. Make sure you tell them everything you are feeling- all of the sensations. This way they can make a proper diagnosis. Best of luck to you!!!

I am a firm believer in getting annual physicals and I usually have a list of concerns, that I have compounded over the year, for my doctor that we address at the time.
