what to do..

meh its turning out to be a **** night, 3a.m and i can't sleep. small stabbing/shooting pains at the back of my head, dizzy/lightheaded. its like i can feel the veins at certain points in my head becoming more tight! WHY CANT IT BE NORMAL! anyway just needed to vent. hope people are having a better day/night.

I know the feeling all too well ! I would give anything to feel like the old me again! Anxiety is like an uninvited house guest who's decided to take up residence against our will ! If only we could serve it an eviction notice...
