anxiety is back whyyyyyy

oh my i have felt fine for 3 days , but today woke up with ears/tingling .stomack tight just dont feel good, why does it go and come. i can usually get over it ,when its been gone a day or two i have not had this in years why it come on me, i know i was under a lot of stress for about 3 months is it just going take awhile to get over it. anyone do this come and go like this . i need for it to be gone . thanks

I know how you feel I was doing fine yesturday and today I started breathing heavy, crying out of the blue and shaking. I said to myself please not again. Im just down today but in a couple of hours I might be fine. Im so sick of  dealing with anxiety.

i know how you feel i will do great for a week then bam im back down and stressin over everything i dont know what it is i take meds but then i worry that the meds are giving me health problems like now im have muscle soreness and im tired all the time so i think its my meds so i have been super up tight because of it

I know exactly how you feel. The same things happen to me. You feel good for a couple of days, then you have the anxiety again. My problem is health anxiety. All I do is worry about my health. When I am busy I seem to feel better. You can do som much to yourself when you worry all the time and never calm down. I recently became a stay at home mom and have to much time to think. I need to go back to work. Once summer is over I will do that. All I can say is try to keep busy and think positive, And I know easier said then done.(lol)

It is a shame that it comes and goes like that...but remember, all  because symptoms are gone, it doesn't mean that you are "cured."  If you were diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, then, my dear, you still have it...It is all in the self talk and what your unconsious mind is doing that day.  don't beat yourself up.  Be happy that you had 3 good days!!!  and you will have good days again!  Realize that we CAN feel good even with this condition..so CONGRATULATIONS! to you!!
