I managed to get it for free coz someone i knew had it on a disc. Its is really good if you suffer from general anxiety, i.e you worry about money, relationships etc. But it doesn`t help people with health anxiety i.e hypochondria.I suffer from the latter and i didn`t feel it touched on this. He talks about symptoms and how they can feel life threatening etc but nothing new. So i suppose what from of anxiety you have?

I have it, but haven't tried it yet...but reading the last post, maybe it isn't such a great investment after all!
