Feeling awful

Over the last couple of days i have been feeling really bad. Constant flushing when i take deep breaths, Chest pains, pins and needles in my face etc. Does anyone else find it hard to accept/believe that anxiety is the sole cause of these awful symptoms. I have a severe case of health anxiety which means i inturpret these symptoms as a life threatening condition. I had quite a lot of alcohol this weekend and yesterday i had a massive hangover which didn`t help. I went to Accident and emergency room twice yesterday as i thought i was dying. I started to spin out and i couldn`t fell my face, the doctor said it was anxiety and alcohol. I just can`t accept this. Does anyone else suffer from this disabilitating condition? Any help/advice would be brill.

yes when am having anxiety my face and ears like now tingle like pins and needles, and sometimes they get a hot feeling , stop the drinking its making it worse. i know that might be hard to do but why keep doing it ,if you have these feelings, have they not gave you anything for your stress. go to your dr see if they can give you meds to get you through the bad days, but you can not drink with them. if you dont get it under control your going to have a long time with it . hang in there it can get better with help.
