Spinning, Blurred Vision, Shaking, Increased Heartrate, please help me =[

I have no idea what's going on.

Some days ill be bad, some days nothing will happen

But I get at random times, Increased Heartrate, Spinning, Blurred Vision, and i shake. Any idea whats wrong with me? is it anxiety? should i go see a doctor? I just need some help =\.

yes!!! u should definitely go see a dr, before it gets any worse. u should tell him or her exactly what you are feeling. u may also be in a state of depression, and a psychiatrist could help u out as well. don't think of it as you need HELP... think of it as you just need someone to talk to. Also... u should get all the tests run that way u will know in your heart if there is nothing wrong. they can also prescribe meds for the anxiety.

Oh also, Its triggerd when I THINK somethings wrong with me

for example, if i start to get lightheaded or something minor, my body thinks its MAJOR and it happends

definitely anxiety, and remember... anxiety can not kill you. Remember there are many more who suffer from this, and the best thing to do is get treatment.
