Is this definetley Anxiety?

I`m sorry to keep posting questions on this board but i have found you guys absolutely brilliant and all your advice has helped me over the last couple of weeks.

I`m very concerned about a new symptom that i am having... I seem to be constantly flushing. My face burns up then i break into a littel sweat. I suppose this happens to everyone from time to time, but its happening litterally every two minutes with me. Everytime i take in a deep breath it will automatically be follwed by a flush to my face. I can actually feel an itchiness on my face from the continuos flusing. I suffer big time from anxiety and panic atacks as im sure you all know by now its just that im not fimiliar with this symptom and it is really scaring me. Could it be something to do with the 30 units of alcohol i drink at weekends? Or the fact that its quite mild in London at the moment? Is flushing a symptm of anxiety? Do i have a cancer?
These are all the questions going through my head.

I just want this flushing to stop. I could bare the palps and heart flutters, the chest pains and panic attacks. But the flushing is to much.

Please if anyone knows anything about this, please inform me.

Thanks so much for everyones kind and constructive words.

Peace

Jon

Here is a sight that I use all of the time to see if my symptoms are listed on it. http://www.anxietycentre.com/anxiety-symptoms.shtml

For me, when I get a new symptom, I start to panic, and my faces gets really hot and flush. once I calm myself down, it goes away. Do you think you are bringing this on? Maybe by focusing so much on it- it wont have time to go away. If it really bothers you, I would call the doc. It is always better to be safe, than sorry! Best of luck to you!!!
