Worried about chest and back pain

Does anybody get a wierd ripping like pain in their upper chest near their collar-bone? And does anybody ever get sharp pains to the far right of their chest -almost under the armpit.
And finally does anyone else get sharp chest pains that seem to shoot to the exact same spot on the back as where the pain is on the chest.
This is wierd.
I`ve had holter moniter done all clear, and doctor believes this tobe anxiety.
Just wondered if anyone else had similar symptoms.

yea i've noticed quite similar pains, they don't happen all the time though, i bet you are stressing more! :P day at a time mate, take care.
